When the Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling feels more like a necessity than a luxury. Maintaining the components that connect to your AC will help you avoid AC repairs and keep your home happy.

If your Air Conditioning doesn’t seem to be working, the first thing to check is your filter. When air can’t pass through, there are fail-safes in place to stop the unit from continuing to work.

Without the fail-safe, the additional stress on the equipment could cause a ton of damage. It’s also a good idea to keep your thermostat above 20-21*C so your coil doesn’t freeze. These are the most common reasons for AC failure and can be easily prevented.

Our Air Conditioning Maintenance is a 26-point inspection and basic cleaning, with a copy of the report sent to you by email for your records.
