When we began considering the installation of a Mini-Split Heat Pump system, Vision was 1 of 4 companies we approached. We weren’t willing to go through another summer with our 25 year old screaming wall air conditioner, that put out about as much coolness as opening the fridge door.Michelle in the office arranged to have Dave do an assessment and estimate. Right off the bat I was impressed to receive a text with the date & time Dave would come over. He did. And he immediately left us with a good impression.Within 30 minutes, we had an education on these systems, what would be the right size for our 1500 sq.ft. home, the process of ordering & installation, and an estimate…with no pressure at all, even knowing we were shopping around.Well we did go with Vision, and once the hoops on our end were jumped through (educating our Strata Council) we went ahead and confirmed we were ready to get this done.Within a week, the unit came in, and a few days later, Michelle reached out to asking about a mutually convenient date. We were impressed with their flexibility to match our availability. A date was picked, and a few days before, Brandi from the office sent a text with a head shot of the HVAC technician, Joel, who would be coming over to do the work.He showed up (on time!) along with his partner, and they got the job done. Part way through the day, the electricians arrived to begin their part, which was completed on my next day off.Just look at this clean installation in the pictures! We are very pleased with the work done, the punctuality, the cleanliness of the workers and their care and attention to keeping their work areas clean.Once completed, the office again sent a text, this time with the head shot of Jeff, the inspector. He showed up as promised, then took a good hour to remove covers, measure pressures, check power, amp draws, etc. and make sure all was perfect. And it was. He tested the cooling and the heating operations, provided a ton of good information for me, then we were done.One more thing - each time one of these technicians came into our place, they complimented us on our home. That goes a long way to increasing your love for a company, doesn't it?!So, if this is the summer you need a new Mini-Split, I highly recommend Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling. We’ve used our unit for the heat we had these last couple days and absolutely can’t believe what a difference it’s already made in our comfort level.Thank Your Vision team - all of you!!

After experiencing issues with my on-demand water heater, I initially received a very expensive quote from another company for a long list of services they said I "needed." Thankfully, I contacted Vision Plumbing and Heating, and Alex came by to assess the situation.He replaced the tank and flushed the system for $1,400—a significant savings compared to the $2,300 quoted by the first company for the same service. I found Alex to be competent, straightforward, and focused only on the services that were genuinely necessary. There was no pressure to upsell, and I truly appreciated his honest and professional approach.Because of the great experience, I decided to enroll in their annual servicing package for AC, heating, and plumbing. My furnace and AC have already been serviced, and I’ve been very satisfied with the work.I'm so glad I found Vision Plumbing and Heating—they strike me as honest, reliable, and customer-focused. I needed my washer and dryer stack pushed back into my closet and hooked up after doing Reno’s. The lady on the phone told me they would need to send two guys and that it would be 100 dollar call out fee that would be waived once it was done. What she didn’t tell me was that they have a flat rate for washer and dryer install of $511. For less than an hour worth of work for 2 guys I was thinking max it would have been $300. The two technicians came to my house for about 10 min and told me the price and I was shocked. I told them the office staff need to tell their potential customers the cost before sending out their guys because this is highway robbery.So now I have been charged $100 and still don’t have my washer and dryer hooked up. I will be going with a different company that said it would be $200.I chose Vision because of the great reviews. I wish someone had warned me what was really going on before I even picked up the phone.The only good thing about this whole scenario were the technicians who came to my house were very nice. However, this does not justify the extremely high pricing.

I had my AC serviced for the first time today. This wonderful young man, named Kjel, arrived on time and was extremely professional and informative. He explained how my heating/AC worked and offered suggestions about saving on costs and offered me a quote on installation of a leak alert apparatus. I felt very comfortable with him, so I left to walk my dog while he worked. The company communicated with me prior to the appointment, with reminders and technician updates. I would recommend Vision to others for sure! Thanks Kjel and Chelsea!

Today I had a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink. It wouldn't drain and water backed up into my dishwasher. These guys were able to have someone come today and I was thankful as water things really scare me. Kevin came and saved the day!! I can't say enough about how awesome he was. He put my worry at ease and fixed the problem. I am thrilled with the fast efficient service I got today. The cost to me today was very reasonable!!!! I am a first time customer but will call them again if I have any other problems. Thank you to all who had a hand in doing this for me today and a special thank you to Kevin!!

I needed to replace my main poly-b water line to the house, opting for trenchless due to my property configuration. Brent came out that same day to review my property and provide a quote, even though it wasn't an emergency. He talked me through a traditional trenched solution in the worst case scenario, and gave me a great deal to replace my aging hot water tank for a tankless system at the same time.The team was courteous and efficient when they arrived to complete everything. Throughout the project both Brent and his team was super transparent and honest which I really appreciated. Minor issues during the job were handled quickly and I was consulted and updated throughout the entire job. The team left the place clean and tidy and I'm pleased with their work. I can't wait to reap the long-term energy savings of the tankless hot water system!

We had 5 toilets replaced at our home and Alex and Slav did a fantastic Job. We were very impressed with their professionalism. They worked really hard to carry toilets upstairs and downstairs and they even took away and disposed the old toilets. They certainly earned a 5 star ⭐️ review! If i could leave 10 stars I would! This company is fantastic to deal with! I recently had an issue with no heat in my condo. I called the office and she had an appointment for me the next day. The technicians (1 plumber and 1 HVAC as I needed both) were called out, both so friendly and helpful, quickly fixed my issue. They truly went above and beyond for me. Thanks everyone.

We had an emergency with our electric water heater in the middle of the night so we did a bit of looking around online for well rated local plumbing companies and found Vision. We called them when they opened at 8am, they sent their man out immediately and by 10:30am we had a new tank installed, crisis averted and peace of mind restored for a competitive price at that.Additionally, I’d like to thank Slavic, the plumber that helped us. He was professional, efficient, friendly and clearly an expert in his field. He genuinely saved the day for us!

Since moving to the Orcanagan, Vision Plumbing and Heating has been our go to company. From requesting service from Peggy or Michelle in office to the Technicians that have installed our 2 Heat Pumps, 2 Furnaces, 2 Thermostats, serviced 2 Fireplaces, everyone is Accommodating, Professional, Personable, Conscientious of your time, Cleanliness post installation and Service. Complete explanation of operational instructions. One of the owners, Brent, installed our water leak sensors and auto shut off valve. I think it was Kirk or Curt - Didn't quite catch it but had an amazing experience at Brandts Crossing. He explained the whole job upon arrival. The guys walked in with shoes off, socks on, laid down drop sheets. Very neat and tidy and even vacuumed all areas. Definitely recommending Vision to my friends. All of my pipes settled nicely.

Our Navien on demand hot water went down suddenly. It not only provides hot water for everyday use but for our floor heat as well so we needed it fixed asap. I called 3 local companies that I got off the Navien website. Vision was the third one and the only company where I could get through to a live person. They were out the same afternoon which is very uncommon. They even texted me when the tech was on his way. Kevin the tech was great to deal with and did a good job troubleshooting. It turned out we needed more parts and the have a good web based system for viewing and accepting quotes. They were very responsive which I have not experienced with other local mechanical companies. A great experience thus far.

I used vission plumbing for few jobs in my house. Vision plumbing team is awesome. The house is old and I had to change and fix many things, from changing pipes to fixing bath overflow and installing dishwasher. Vision team helped me with all that. I had hired, unfortunately, another company (Bee's knees plumbing and heating) to install furnace and they did so wrong that I had flood in my basement for a month. I called again Dave, they came, found problem and fixed everything for me. I am definitely taking this company for any future jobs that I will have in the house. I trust them and I know I won't have any problems after they leave. Dave is amazing. For any issue he explained me what is going on and how they can fix that. Every worker from vision was very profesional and respectful. Great job vision team!!!

Contacted with them and had responses right away. Had choice of 7am!! Or 3 pm and picked 7pm. Tech: Esteban showed up on time, fixed the problem. Explained about his work and cost. Employing good employees must be good company. They also do commercial work, they did some of the work at my restaurant and again I had no issue at all and did great job!! Highly recommended!!

I have used Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling twice in the last six months, once to fix the condenser on the A/C and today to fix the furnace. They are a very responsive and professional company. I arrived home a few nights ago to find the house was an ice box as the furnace was not working. I called Vision the next day and within 24hrs they had a technician on site. His name was Jeff and he was a pleasure to deal with. He removed the motor on the furnace and showed me the source of the problem - two birds had gotten in through the exhaust vent and clogged the system so it shut itself down. He cleaned out the motor, reinstalled it and answered all of my questions. The charges were very reasonable for an hour of time spent at our home to fix the issue. I had a similar great experience with their technician in the summer time. I used Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling as prior to them I had used one of their competitors, Border Plumbing, and the experience was brutal. They sent a technician to diagnose a noisy water pipe in our mechanical room. The tech was onsite for 25min and he told me the problem was in the irrigation line, which I already knew. Then he was done and I got a bill for twice as much as what Vision charged, but Vision actually spent an hour to fix something. Border told me after the first 15min the price goes up, and in response to the negative review I wrote, they said that the technician had to drive for ~50min to get to our place, so they allocated one hour and 17 minutes to the service call, hence the charge. Jeff from Vision had to drive to our place in Kelowna from West Kelowna, spent an hour at the house, fixed a real issue with our furnace, and Vision charged half as much. Use Vision.

We had work done on our plumbing manifolds and most valves in our house . Although Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling were the most second most expensive of the four plumbing quotes we chose them. Michelle was terrific to deal with in the phone being very professional and friendly. On the day of the work Alex and Keenan arrived on time. Both were professional and courteous. They were very helpful and ensured we understood the work being performed and answered all of our questions. I give this company 5/5 for their service performed and I would hire them again. They were able to make room for me in their busy schedule the next day and made the repairs I needed in a quick and timely manner.
