Schedule

Monday to Friday

Work Location

In person or hybrid.

Remote work environment possibility, but must livein the Okanagan, and be able to go to our Kelowna office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

  • Education or experience in accounting or related field preferred
  • Experience in AR, AP, Payroll, GST and Payroll Remittances, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Process employee expenses
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero and other associated programs.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs including Word, Outlook and MS Excel
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and take initiative
  • Will work closely with owners/management team
  • Cash Flow planning is an asset
  • Works well under stress

Education

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Additional Experience

  • QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
