Schedule
Monday to Friday
Work Location
In person or hybrid.
Remote work environment possibility, but must livein the Okanagan, and be able to go to our Kelowna office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Education or experience in accounting or related field preferred
- Experience in AR, AP, Payroll, GST and Payroll Remittances, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
- Process employee expenses
- Demonstrated working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero and other associated programs.
- Proficient in MS Office programs including Word, Outlook and MS Excel
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented setting.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and take initiative
- Will work closely with owners/management team
- Cash Flow planning is an asset
- Works well under stress
Education
AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Additional Experience
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
