1. Eligibility
The More Rewards Program (“Program”) is available to all residential and commercial customers of Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling who purchase qualifying plumbing, gas, heating, and cooling services.
2. Earning Rewards
Customers will earn 1 point for every $1 CAD (before taxes) spent on qualifying installation & repair services.
Callout, diagnostic, and quote fees are excluded from earning points and do not contribute toward reward accumulation.
Points are calculated based on the total amount spent before taxes and after any discounts, promotions, or credits are applied.
Points are typically distributed to your account within 30 days of invoice payment, but may take longer if rebates are involved.
Invoices must be paid before points are issued.
3. Qualifying Purchases
Eligible purchases include plumbing, HVAC, and gas installation and repair services performed by Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling.
Non-qualifying purchases include callout fees, quote fees, diagnostic fees, permits, third-party subcontractor fees, financing charges, and any services or products specifically excluded by Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling.
Refunded services will result in any associated points being reclaimed from your account.
4. Point Redemption
Point earning rates, and availability, are subject to change at the discretion of Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling.
With Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling, Points have no cash value, are non-redeemable, and are non-transferable.
All redemptions are handled through More Rewards and are subject to their availability and terms of conditions, which may change at any time at their discretion.
5. Account Management
Points will be credited to the customer’s account within 30 business days after full payment of the qualifying invoice.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their account information is accurate and up to date.
Any discrepancies in point balances must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
6. Program Changes and Termination
Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. Changes may include but are not limited to: earning rates, eligible purchases, and redemption rules.
7. General Conditions
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling reserves the right to revoke points or suspend participation if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia.
