He was very professional, extremely personable, and timely with his repair work performed on our free standing bathtub faucet assembly. He disassembled the existing unit to see if it could be repaired, which it could not because of its twisted lines, then reinstalled a new unit immediately. This work was all performed on the same day that I called Vision! I had never used Vision before, and this was the first time I met Oakley. Our condo manager recommended Vision to me, and I am thrilled that he did. Thanks Vision Plumbing...and THANKS Oakley!
