Once again, Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling to our rescue. We had the misfortune of having one of our commercial Hot Water Tanks go on us. Since Visions had done such a fantastic job when they replaced our dreaded Kitec Pipes, we just picked up the phone and called Visions and to our rescue Jeremy came. Not only was he able to track one for us, he also made sure it was installed within the week to the delight of all 39 owners in our building. It is such a pleasure to work with contractors who show up on time (or early as this crew did), did an awesome job, cleaned up after themselves and were just plain great guys to deal with. It doesn’t seem to matter who Visions sends to us, they have all been awesome and do a fantastic job. Thanks again for another job well done. See you in the fall when you replace our HVAC System. Great service all around. Used them both at my rental for a residential furnace service and at my workplace for the same thing. In both times I’ve experienced nothing but professional service. Starting from the booking on the phone and communicating prior to it, and on-site with techs. In both cases, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. This company saved us!! So lovely to work with from start to finish, incredibly responsive, and just nice people. Our sewage pipe was completely crushed, causing it to back up into our house…NOT what you want. When I called to set up an appointment for them to our condo, the frontline staff were very courteous and understanding of our plumbing issue. Justin arrive when he was scheduled to and was very efficient in fixing our leaky faucets and sink. Justin also explained a few procedures for maintenance of our bathroom and kitchen drains, that were much simpler then what I was doing. He arrived promptly, fixed the issue with my exterior tap, explained everything he did so I understood the repair, and then he identified a further issue with my furnace to make sure I didn’t have any trouble down the line. Steve was thrown into a nightmare of a situation of ours. We had had 2 years (and approx 8 visits) from other local businesses trying to get our AC to work as it had when it was first installed about 7 years ago. After one diagnostic visit, Steve had the part ordered and installed it a few weeks later. WOW AC again. But it doesn’t end there! After 4 weeks of things running well the blower motor went (unrelated to the previous repair). With the help of Brandi (and probably others), they located a motor for this furnace in the Southern USA. It took approximately 3+ weeks to get the motor because of all the screw-ups from the supplier. Steve came over at 6 pm to install it the day they received the part. This team went above and beyond to help us out. I have been referring everyone I speak to Vision Plumbing Heating Cooling. Fair pricing, exceptional service, and great diagnostic technicians.
