We’re hiring 2nd, 3rd and 4th year Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic apprentices, as well as certified journeymen. Your pay reflects where you are today, and there’s plenty of room to climb as fast as your skills take you.

In this role, you’ll service, troubleshoot and install heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners and ductless split systems. You’ll also get exposure to MUAs, RTUs, swamp coolers, water source heat pumps and VRF systems.

Requirements

• Registered Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic apprentice (2nd, 3rd or 4th year), OR a certified journeyman holding a B.C. Trades Qualification or Interprovincial (Red Seal) Certificate
• Comfortable reading wiring diagrams
• A customer-first approach
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights and in confined spaces
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Criminal record check may be part of the hiring process
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Safety focused, with strong attention to detail
• Confident with technology for timesheets and job reporting
