This month our featured employee is James Ferguson!

James started with Vision in August 2018 and quickly set himself apart with his willing to go the extra mile with a good attitude. He is a quick learner who is dedicated to his craft.

What inspired you to become an HVAC tech? Change of pace; I have always had an interest in mechanics. The Watsons are extended family and the opportunity came up to work with them and its been a great working relationship

Are you from Kelowna? If not, where did you relocate from? Like a lot of people who live here I am from Alberta, Edmonton to be exact.

What are your favorite things to do when not working? Spending time with my family.

What is your favorite part of the job? Finding hazards and correcting them, making homes safer.
